Only to be there.

I just got my issue of the Summer 2011 Wellesley Magazine. I have a piece in it called “Only To Be There,” about the strong hold Wellesley has on my imagination. I view my college experience through a sort of glittery haze…for me, it was a magical, wondrous place of ivy and castles and forests and tunnels and–most importantly–the three thousand brilliant, queenly women with whom I was so fortunate to share my time.

Excerpt: “I dream about Wellesley all the time, even eight years after graduating…The mainstays of Wellesley’s sacred geography will stay the same, but she is shifting her details, as I am shifting my dreams.” Thank you, my dear alma mater.
